* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, High water begins to impact home on island
below Cascade Dam.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:45 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon to a crest of 11.0 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday
evening.
- Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
11.0 feet on 04/22/1975.

Instruction:
