Tittabawassee River At Midland affecting Midland and Saginaw
Counties.
For the Kearsley Creek...including Davison...Minor flooding is
forecast.
For the Flint River...including Flint...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the SHIAWASSEE...including Owosso...Minor flooding is forecast.
For the Tittabawassee River...including Sanford, Midland...Moderate
flooding is forecast.

* WHEN...From late tonight to Tuesday morning.

- At 10:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 23.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
just after midnight tonight to a crest of 25.9 feet early
Monday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early
Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
