For the Saginaw River...including Saginaw...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saginaw River at Saginaw. * WHEN...From Sunday morning to early Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Houses on Riverside Drive begin to flood. Wickes Park and Green Point Nature Area in Saginaw also flood. At 19.0 feet, Adjacent lowlands begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:00 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.9 feet early Monday afternoon.
