For the SHIAWASSEE...including Owosso...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shiawassee River at Owosso. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 7.0 feet, Flooding begins in residential area along Jerome Avenue east of South Washington Avenue in Owosso. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 7.4 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 8.2 feet just after midnight tonight.
