Michigan...
Saginaw River At Saginaw affecting Bay and Saginaw Counties.
For the Saginaw River...including Saginaw...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Saginaw River at Saginaw.
* WHEN...From Sunday morning to Wednesday morning.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:00 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning to a crest of 18.9 feet early Monday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early
Wednesday morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
