Michigan...
Tittabawassee River At Midland affecting Midland and Saginaw
Counties.
For the Tittabawassee River...including Midland...Moderate flooding
is forecast.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Tittabawassee River at Midland.
* WHEN...From late tonight to Monday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:30 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 22.5 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 25.0 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Monday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 24.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
