Michigan...
Cass River At Frankenmuth affecting Saginaw County.
For the Cass River...including Frankenmuth...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Cass River at Frankenmuth.
* WHEN...From late tonight to early Tuesday afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 15.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tonight to a crest of 18.8 feet early Monday morning. It
will then fall below flood stage Tuesday morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
