...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Michigan...
Maple River at Maple Rapids affecting Clinton County.
.Another round of heavy rain fell across much of West-Central Lower
Michigan. Rain totals of 1.0 - 1.5 inches occurred in parts of the
Grand and Maple River basins, while 1.5 - 2.0 fell across the
Muskegon River basin. As this water moves through the river systems,
minor flooding is expected over the coming days.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Maple River at Maple Rapids.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of County Line Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 10:15 AM EDT Monday the stage was 9.4 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 10:15 AM EDT Monday was 9.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.7
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage Sunday morning.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
9.7 feet on 04/07/2017.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
