Maple River at Maple Rapids affecting Clinton County. .Additional rainfall is expected this evening which will keep the Maple River at or above flood stage for a few more days. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Maple River at Maple Rapids. * WHEN...Until Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of County Line Road and a home along County Line Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:15 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 9.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 2:15 PM EDT Sunday was 9.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Wednesday evening and continue falling to 8.2 feet Sunday, March 22. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.1 feet on 03/26/2022. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
