Maple River at Maple Rapids affecting Clinton County. .Additional rain from the next storm on Sunday and Monday will prolong high water on the Maple River through at least the end of the week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Maple River at Maple Rapids. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Expect minor flooding of County Line Road and a home along County Line Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:15 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 9.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:15 PM EDT Saturday was 9.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain around 9.5 feet for at least the next several days before beginning to slowly fall. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 9.5 feet on 01/30/2024. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
