forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Cass River at Frankenmuth.
* WHEN...Until early Saturday afternoon.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:45 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 19.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow evening and continue falling to 8.9 feet Thursday,
March 19.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
