Bayou Des Cannes Near Eunice

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Bayou Des Cannes near Eunice.
* WHEN...Until late Friday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor flooding begins along the bayou with
a few structures right along the bayou threatened.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 16.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:15 AM CDT Wednesday was 16.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage late this
morning to 15.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It will
then rise above flood stage early tomorrow afternoon to 16.5
feet Friday morning. It will fall below flood stage again
Friday afternoon.
