Wapsipinicon River near De Witt 4S affecting Clinton and Scott Counties. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Illinois... Rock River at Moline affecting Henry IL and Rock Island Counties. Rock River near Joslin affecting Henry IL, Rock Island and Whiteside Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Iowa River at Marengo. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night to early Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Water affects agricultural land along the river. Water is several feet deep in places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 14.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Thursday morning to a crest of 15.7 feet Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
