Cedar River at Cedar Falls affecting Black Hawk County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...The Cedar River at Cedar Falls, or from the West Fork Cedar River to the Cedar Falls-Waterloo city limits. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 88.8 feet, Water affects the north and south legs of Cottage Row Rd south of Snag Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 89.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting at 89.1 feet early this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage this evening. - Flood stage is 89.0 feet.
