* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Flood waters approach businesses and homes
on South Mill Street.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 3:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 13.1 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 3:30 PM EDT Thursday was 13.4 feet.
- Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage early
tomorrow afternoon to 10.4 feet tomorrow evening. It will
then rise above flood stage Saturday morning to 12.2 feet
early Sunday morning. It will fall below flood stage again
Sunday evening.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.
