Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...
Salamonie River at Portland affecting Jay County.
For the Salamonie River...including Warren, Portland...Minor
flooding is forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Salamonie River at Portland.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, Low spots along the walking trails,
including the picnic pavilion, at the Hudson Family Park flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 10.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this morning to a crest of 12.3 feet this afternoon. It will
then fall below flood stage late this evening.
- Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
