The White River at Petersburg is likely to fall below flood stage this evening. Water levels at both points are gradually receding. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Petersburg. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Flooding affects agricultural lands. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 PM EDT Friday /12:30 PM CDT Friday/ the stage was 16.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:30 PM EDT Friday /12:30 PM CDT Friday/ was 18.6 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 16.1 feet this afternoon.
