For the Elkhart River...including Goshen, Cosperville...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville. * WHEN...Until Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 6.0 feet, Water approaches some houses around Skinner Lake, especially along State Road 8. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM EDT Friday the stage was 6.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:30 PM EDT Friday was 6.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 6.1 feet just after midnight tonight.
