White River at Elliston. .Minor to moderate flooding continues on the White River from Elliston downstream. Secondary crests are now occurring. Flooding is expected to last as late as the weekend of March 21. The next accumulating precipitation is forecast to start Sunday afternoon and night. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White River at Hazleton. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Extensive river flooding continues in northern Gibson County.
