Patoka River near Princeton affecting Gibson County. .Recent heavy rain has resulted in rising water levels on the Patoka River at Princeton. The river is forecast to rise above flood stage by Wednesday morning, on its way to a crest near 19.3 feet Saturday morning. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Patoka River near Princeton. * WHEN...Until Thursday, March 19. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 17.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 19.3 feet Saturday morning. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday, March 19. - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
Instruction: 
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive cars through flooded areas. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
