...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana...
East Fork White River at Shoals.
East Fork White River near Bedford.
East Fork White River near Rivervale.
East Fork White River at Williams.
East Fork White River at Seymour.
.Minor to moderate flooding continues on the East Fork White after
the significant rainfall last week. Additional rainfall of 0.75 to
1.5 inches today through Wednesday night was included in the
forecast. The crest on the East Fork is near Williams, with the
stage at Shoals expected to begin falling Friday.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...East Fork White River at Williams.
* WHEN...Until Thursday, March 19.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Local residents in a few river cabins may
have to evacuate. Backwater affects some residents along local
streams. Extensive flooding is in progress. Dillman Road (CR
1000 W) immediately north of Indiana 450 just west of Williams is
flooded by as much as 2 feet of water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:00 PM EDT Monday the stage was 16.3 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:00 PM EDT Monday was 16.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Wednesday, March 18 and continue falling and remain below
flood stage.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
