Little Wabash River at Carmi.
.Recent heavy rain will cause the Little Wabash River at Carmi to
rise to minor flood stage Wednesday morning.
For the Little Wabash River...including Carmi...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Little Wabash River at Carmi.
* WHEN...From Wednesday morning until further notice.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 26.1 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning and continue rising to a crest of 29.2
feet Friday morning.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
