Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of north central Alabama, including the following county, Madison. * WHEN...Until 300 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1147 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring along Indian Creek in Madison. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Runoff from previous rainfall has pushed the creek above flood stage. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northwestern Huntsville, Madison, Redstone Arsenal, Triana, Marshall Space Flight Center and Harvest.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
