* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following county, Randolph. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1145 AM EST, The river gauge on the Tygart Valley River at Mill Creek was reading 11.8 feet and slowly falling. This is above the minor flood stage of 11 feet. - At stages of 11 feet, low spots along County Road 39 are flooded. Small creeks around the town may also contribute to flooding of low-lying locations. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
