...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Missouri...
St. Francis River near Patterson.
.The St. Francis River at Patterson has crested in minor flood and
is beginning to fall, expected to fall below flood stage this
afternoon.
For the St. Francis River...including Patterson...Minor flooding is
forecast.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Francis River near Patterson.
* WHEN...Until this evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:30 AM CST Friday the stage was 19.6 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this afternoon and continue falling.
- Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
Instruction:
Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
