Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northern West Virginia, including the
following county, Randolph.
* WHEN...Until noon EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and
flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 753 AM EST, The river gauge on the Tygart Valley River at
Mill Creek was reading 11.9 feet this morning which is above
the minor flood stage of 11 feet. The river may rise to just
over 12 feet this morning before receding this afternoon.
- At stages of 11 feet, low spots along County Road 39 are
flooded. Small creeks around the town may also contribute to
flooding of low-lying locations.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mill Creek and Huttonsville.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
