Mississinewa River near Ridgeville. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississinewa River near Ridgeville. * WHEN...From this afternoon to tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.5 feet, Water on the shoulder and edge of SR 1 south of the junction with SR 28 in western Randolph County. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:00 PM EST Thursday the stage was 10.1 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 4:00 PM EST Thursday was 10.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.4 feet late this evening.
