* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...South Central Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 800 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 217 PM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 14.5 feet as of 2:20 pm. Flood stage is 13 feet. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dexter City. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
