* WHERE...Black River near Annapolis.
* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 7:15 AM CST Thursday the stage was 7.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late
this morning and crest near 11.0 feet this evening.
- Flood stage is 8.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
