* WHAT...Urban areas and small streams flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Madison County in southeastern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 1000 AM CST. * IMPACTS...Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 749 AM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fredericktown, Junction City, Cobalt, Marquand, Buckhorn, Saco, Roselle, Catherine Place and Mine La Motte.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
