* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Butler and Warren. In west central Ohio, Montgomery and Preble. * WHEN...Until 200 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 740 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Hamilton, Kettering, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford, Miamisburg, Lebanon, Springboro, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin, Bellbrook, Moraine, Carlisle, South Middletown, West Carrollton, Ross, Camden and Gratis.
