* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Noble County in east central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 900 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 458 AM EST, Doppler radar and river gauges indicated creek levels were rising due to runoff from earlier rainfall. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Dexter City. - Duck Creek at Macksburg was at 12.6 feet as of 5 am.
