White Lick Creek at Mooresville. .Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across central Indiana as of early Wednesday morning. This has led several creeks to rise above flood stage and main stem rivers will follow. Additional rain is in the forecast over the next several days. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...White Lick Creek at Mooresville. * WHEN...From this morning to late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 17.9 feet, South portion of Blue Heron Trail in Plainfield Park flooded by two to three feet of water in fishing lake area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 17.7 feet late this afternoon.
