Delaware County in central New York... * Until 1230 AM EDT. * At 1042 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of thunderstorms about to enter the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain fell earlier and an additional half inch will be possible with this next round of storms. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Walton, Delhi, Deposit, Davenport, Roxbury, Colchester, Meredith, Andes, Stamford, Hobart, Franklin, Meridale, Downsville, Corbett, East Meredith, Bovina Center, Harvard, Sidney Center, Kortright and Hamden.
