* At 951 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated another round of
thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving across the warned area.
Flash flooding is already occurring with major flooding likely for
Owasco Inlet at Moravia.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Auburn, Seneca Falls, Waterloo, Pompey, Romulus, Owasco, Fleming,
Otisco, Skaneateles, Locke, Genoa, Ledyard, Preble, Moravia, Union
Springs, Niles, Scott, Truxton, Cuyler and Sempronius.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
