Western and Northwestern Livingston County in central Illinois... * Until 200 AM CDT. * At 808 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain is moving into the warned area with a history of producing flash flooding. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage ditches, streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and other poor drainage areas. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
