* Flash Flood Warning for...
Northern La Salle County in north central Illinois...
* Until midnight CDT tonight.
* At 810 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated multiple rounds of
thunderstorms producing rainfall with rates up to 1-2 inches per
hour across the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly, especially in urbanized areas and along the
Illinois River Valley.
HAZARD...Flash flooding.

IMPACT...Rapid-onset flooding of creeks, streams, drainage
ditches, streets, underpasses, low-lying areas, and
other poor drainage areas.

Ottawa, Peru, La Salle, Marseilles, Sheridan, Lake Holiday,
Oglesby, Seneca, North Utica, Serena, Naplate, Millington, Dayton,
Troy Grove, Wedron, Harding, Prairie Center, Triumph and Norway.
Instruction:
A Flash Flood Warning means rapid-onset flooding is imminent or may
already be occurring. Persons along creeks, drainage ditches, and
other waterways should take immediate precautions to protect life
and property.
