HAZARD...Flash flooding from the imminent failure of Wahiawa Dam. SOURCE...Emergency management. IMPACT...Flooding of areas downstream from the Wahiawa Dam along the Kaukonahua Stream. * The nearest downstream area from the dam is Waialua, Haleiwa, and Kaukonahua Stream. This includes the following streams and drainages... Poamoho Stm- Dole Fields, Poamoho Stm- Kaukonahua Hwy, Kaukonahua Stm- Schofield, Mohiakea Gul, Waialua Town, Kaukonahua Stm- N Fork Wahiawa, Kaukonahua Stm- Wahiawa, Kiikii Stm- Waialua, Helemano/Opaeula Stm- Haleiwa, Kaukonahua Stm- Waialua and Anahulu R- Haleiwa.
