The island of Oahu in Honolulu County * Until 1145 AM HST. * At 841 AM HST, emergency management reported additional road closures in areas of the North Shore and ponding on roads across both windward and town sides of the island. The heavy rain has ended, but area streams remain elevated and impacts continue to be observed. Additional heavy rain is expected to move into the area within the next few hours. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. SOURCE...Emergency management. IMPACT...Flooding in drainages, streams, rivers, roads, properties, and other low-lying areas. Public road closures possible in some areas. Landslides are possible in steep terrain. * This warning includes the entire island of Oahu.
Instruction: 
Stay away from streams, rivers, drainage ditches, and culverts, even if they are currently dry. Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of drainage ditches and streams, streets, highways, properties, and other low lying spots.
