...FIRE WEATHER WATCH IN EFFECT FROM MONDAY MORNING THROUGH MONDAY EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS, PRIMARILY ALONG AND WEST OF THE I-45 CORRIDOR AND ALONG THE COAST... The National Weather Service in Houston/Galveston has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Monday morning through Monday evening. * WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be capable of spreading rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Obey all local burn restrictions and burn bans.
