The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Fire Weather Watch, which is in effect from Sunday morning through Sunday evening. * Timing....7 AM CDT Sunday through 9 PM CDT Sunday. * Wind.... Northwest winds 30 to 50 mph, gusts up to 60 mph. * Humidity...as low as 10%. * Fuels...Critically dry. * Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is discouraged.
