Description:
* WINDS...For the Red Flag Warning, north 25 to 35 mph with
gusts up to 50 mph. For the Fire Weather Watch, southwest 15
to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...For the Red Flag Warning, as low as 17
percent. For the Fire Weather Watch, as low as 13 percent.
* TEMPERATURES...Up to 68 on Wednesday and up to 71 on Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* SEVERITY...
Instruction:
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures will
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
A Fire Weather Watch means that critical fire weather conditions
are forecast to occur. Listen for later forecasts and possible
Red Flag Warnings.
