The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday evening. * WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph, with stronger sustained winds and gusts in the higher terrain. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Between 15 and 20 percent. * RFTI...4 or near critical. * IMPACTS... * SEVERITY...
