Description: 
The National Weather Service in Omaha/Valley has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from noon to 9 PM CDT Friday. A Fire Weather Watch has also been issued. This Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity is in effect from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Seward, Lancaster, Otoe, Saline, Jefferson, Gage, Johnson, Nemaha, Pawnee, and Richardson Counties. * TIMING...For the first Red Flag Warning, until 10 PM CDT this evening. For the second Red Flag Warning, from noon to 9 PM CDT Friday. For the Fire Weather Watch, from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * WINDS...Northeast 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
