The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Saturday afternoon through Saturday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...In Minnesota, North Cass, South Cass, Crow Wing, Northern Aitkin, South Aitkin and Pine. * WINDS...Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite could spread rapidly and become difficult to control. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
