HUMIDITY THIS EVENING...
The National Weather Service in Hastings has cancelled the Red
Flag Warning this evening as winds have diminished rapidly across
the local area this evening and are no longer expected to
contribute to dangerous fire weather conditions.
* WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph Thursday.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 to 20 percent Thursday
afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will spread quickly. Outdoor
burning is not recommended.
