* WIND...Northeast 10 TO 20 mph with gusts of up to 30 mph.
* HUMIDITY...As low as 20 percent.
* IMPACTS...The combination of a dry airmass and windy
conditions will result in critical fire weather conditions.
Thus, any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
