The National Weather Service in Cheyenne has issued a

Southeastern Albany County in southeastern Wyoming...
* Until 245 PM MDT.
* At 1243 PM MDT, a significant area of blowing dirt and dust was
over the Laramie Valley, and being carried eastward by westerly
winds in excess of 60 mph.
HAZARD...Less than a quarter mile visibility with damaging wind in
excess of 60 mph.
SOURCE...Trained weather spotters, highway road observations, and
satellite data.
IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel.

This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 292 and
335.

Laramie, West Laramie, Antelope Buttes, Nine Mile, Rogers Canyon, Tie
City Campground, Vedauwoo, Tie Siding, University Of Wyoming War
Memorial Stadium, Pumpkin Vine, Vedauwoo Campground, Buford, Ames
Monument, Laramie Regional Airport, The Buttes, Yellow Pine
Campground, Hutton Lake, Wild Horse Ranch, Paddocks, and Pope
Springs.
Instruction:
Dust storms lead to dangerous driving conditions with visibility
reduced to near zero. If driving, avoid dust storms if possible. If
caught in one, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep your
foot off the brake.
