* Until 215 PM PDT.
* At 1214 PM PDT, a dust channel was 15 miles west-southwest of
Moses Lake blowing northeast across Interstate 90.
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Observed on web camera.
IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* This includes Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 156
and 176.
Locations impacted include...
Moses Lake and Cascade Valley.
Instruction:
