Northwestern Ward County in western Texas...
* Until 315 PM CDT.
* At 241 PM CDT, a dust channel was over reported in and around Pecos
HAZARD...Less than one mile visibility with strong wind in excess
of 50 mph.

IMPACT...Hazardous travel.
* This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 28 and 59.
Locations impacted include...
Pecos, Barstow, Toyah Lake, and Pecos Municipal Airport.
Instruction:
Blowing dust brings reduced visibility, leading to dangerous driving
conditions. If driving, avoid blowing dust if possible. If caught in
dense blowing dust, pull off the road, turn off your lights and keep
your foot off the brake.
